Hamilton, Ontario: After a successful period in Vietnam, Mr. Allen Le Nam, a construction contractor of Vietnamese-Canadian people, returned to Canada in a new construction project in Hamilton, Ontario.
Mr. Le Nam, 42 years old, born in Hanoi, joined his mother and sisters, who were boat people leaving the country in 1988, when he was only 11 years old.
Mr. Nam’s family had to wait in the refugee camp for 3 years before settling, and when he was 16 years old, Mr. Nam’s whole family was admitted to Canada and lived in Hamilton City.
Mr. Nam graduated from the University of Toronto and studied abroad at the University of California, before practicing managing a 5-star hotel in Las Vegas.
Back to Vietnam, Mr. Nam started his real estate job by buying a piece of land in Phu Quoc Island, building a house and selling it for a profit, and kept doing it, until he had enough money to start a company real estate for yourself.
Mr. Nam is currently a co-founder and executive chairman of Hue Developments, a Canadian branch of Hoa Binh Corporation in Vietnam.
Construction company Hue Developments will build a 31-story residential building in the original site of Baptist Church on James Street in Hamilton City.
